The Clampdown on trafficking since law n° 2013-711 of 5 August 2013

Wednesday 27 August 2014

These two articles (available only in French) by Nicolas Le Coz (President of the Group of Experts on Action Against Trafficking in Human Beings, GRETA) which appeared in the journal "Actualité juridique-Pénal" in October 2013 offer an analysis of the changes wrought by law n° 2013-711 of 5 August 2013. They focus on the application of the law of the European Union and France’s international obligations regarding trafficking in human beings, reduction to slavery or servitude, forced labor, forced marriage, genital mutilation in minors and pornographic images of children under fifteen.
