GRETA Report on the implementation of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings by France, 2013.

This Convention, also known as the Warsaw Convention, was ratified by France on January 9, 2008 and entered into force in France on May 1, 2008. GRETA is charged with assessing the implementation of the Warsaw Convention by State Parties.
Based on the GRETA reports, the Committee of the Council’s Parties of Europe may eventually make recommendations to State Parties. GRETA report on France was published in January 28, 2013 (1st cycle Assessment of France).
