The Impact of Migratory Politics on Trafficking in Human Beings

In the context of stricter asylum and immigration policies in France and Europe, and in particular the repression of clandestine immigration, the Collective "Together Against Trafficking in Human Beings" recalls that the protection of non-nationals from trafficking in huamn beings and exploitation is one of the objectives of the fundamental rights laid down by the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union.
