Report of the Collective’s meeting with the CFDT held in October 01 2014

Friday 4 September 2015

The decision to meet the unions was taken at the plenary meeting of the Collective "Together against trafficking in human beings" held on 28 March 2014. The Collective had contacted the General Confederation of Labour (CGT), the French Democratic Confederation of Labour (CFDT) and Labor Force (FO); it obtained an interview with the CGT and the CFDT, and has not received a response from FO.

The objective was to establish a first contact with the unions in order to broaden the action of the Collective, particularly in terms of awareness and advocacy. The meeting on 1 October 2014 with the CFDT follows the meeting of April 29, 2014, with Sir Yvan Kagan.
