Transmitted to the Committee after the audition of the French Government on 13, January 14, 2016.

Following the hearing of the French Government by the Committee on the Rights of the Child on 13 and 14 January 2016, the associations point out that matters relating to the protection of foreign minors in danger, have not been the subject of sufficient attention from the french government. They note some omissions and inaccuracies in the responses by the government.

Having considered privileged questioning points by the Child Rights Committee concerning France, as well as responses of France, the Collective "Together against Trafficking in Human Beings" submits its additional comments regarding this problematic infrequently adopted through the questions addressed to France.
